According to KSTP meteorologist Patrick Hammer, today will be clear and sunny with a high of 76 and a low of 58. 

Tomorrow there is a chance of morning storms, but later in the day it will heat up. 

3,500 Local Hospital Workers Vote to Strike

About 3,500 members of the Service Employees International Union Healthcare Minnesota voted overwhelmingly Tuesday to strike.  After two days of voting, 91 percent supported the strike option.

If the union calls a 2-5 day strike it would affect:

-Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina
-Fairview Riverside Hospital in Minneapolis

Roof Replacement Begins on Shakopee Community Center

Workers began replacing the roof on the Shakopee Community Center on Monday, May 14. The project is expected to take two months to complete, weather permitting.  

Visitors should expect some temporary closures in certain areas during the work, as well as some extra noise and smells.
